By accessing and using PlasmiCEdge's lead generation and online advertising services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Service Description

PlasmiCEdge provides lead generation and online advertising services through advanced AI targeting and social network integration. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Lead generation campaigns across multiple advertising channels
• Social media advertising and integration
• Customer targeting and qualification
• Analytics and reporting services
• Campaign optimization and management

3. Pricing and Payment

Our services are offered at three pricing tiers: $40, $50, and $60 per qualified lead, depending on the advertising channels and service level selected. Payment terms are as follows:

• Payment is due upon delivery of qualified leads
• All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
• Refunds are provided only for leads that do not meet agreed qualification criteria

4. Lead Qualification Standards

We define qualified leads as prospects who meet the following criteria:

• Demonstrated interest in your products or services
• Meet your specified demographic and geographic requirements
• Have provided accurate contact information
• Have consented to be contacted for marketing purposes

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your target audience and requirements
• Respond to leads in a timely and professional manner
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your marketing activities
• Not use our services for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information shared

6. Data Privacy and Protection

We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of all data processed through our services. We comply with applicable data protection laws and maintain appropriate security measures to protect personal information.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform, technology, and methodologies remain the exclusive property of PlasmiCEdge. Clients retain ownership of their own data and content.

8. Limitation of Liability

PlasmiCEdge's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance and updates may temporarily affect service availability.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and access to our services will be discontinued.

11. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in El Paso, Texas.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
